You've taken the time to create and customize reports on Syft, but perhaps you don't want to share them via email. No worries. We've just added the ability to send Syft reports directly to your colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or even WhatsApp! Read on to learn more.
How can you get started? 🧐
When you are in the report you want to share, click the "Download" button at the top right of the screen. You will see some new options below the usual suspects. These include the following:
Send PDF
Send Report
Beneath, you can send either of those options to Whatsapp, Slack, or MS Teams. Pretty cool, right? But what's the difference between sending it as a PDF and sending it as a report? The answer is simple:
If you select "Send PDF," Syft will send a PDF version of the selected report, whereas if you select "Send Report," you can choose a report template to add it to and can then send it as part of a report pack.

WhatsApp: If you select "Send to WhatsApp," you'll be prompted to include the name of the person you would like to message as well as their mobile number.
Slack: If you select "Send to Slack," you'll be prompted to insert the relevant channel email address.
Note 📝: To find the channel email address, visit the channel details on Slack, select Integrations, click on "Send emails to this channel," and then choose "Get Email Address."
MS Teams: If you select "Send to Teams," you'll be prompted to enter the relevant channel email address. This functions similarly to Slack.
