We've released a new Connection option on Syft - HubSpot. That's right. The beloved CRM can now be connected to Syft so that you can visualize, analyze, and report on vital sales, marketing, and service metrics alongside your financial data.
About HubSpot
HubSpot is a CRM used by more than 228,000 people in over 135 countries. Some of its customers include eBay, Doordash, Reddit, and TripAdvisor. HubSpot combines data across organizations' marketing, sales, and service teams. It's intuitive and gives users a unified view of their customers at every stage in their journey.
HubSpot offers numerous products to help businesses grow better. We at Syft Analytics also aim to help businesses grow more effectively, so what better way to do this than by connecting data between the two platforms?
Let's take a look at what this means.
How does this work?
If you're new to Connections, don't worry. They're simple to add and provide you with a ton of powerful information. To get started, simply click on Connections under the Configure section of the left menu bar. From there, you can add a source. In this case, you'll select CRM and see HubSpot.
Once you've connected your HubSpot account, Syft will generate a different connection tab at the top of the screen for each pipeline from your deals on HubSpot. There will also be a Totals tab that will display all the totals across your company.
What kind of data will you see?
Syft pulls numerous data points from HubSpot, such as deals that you have created and their monetary value, as well as how many of your deals are still open, closed won or closed lost. All the pipelines that youβve created in HubSpot will pull through automatically.
The Totals tab provides more detailed information, including data such as calls created and completed and tasks created and completed.
How up-to-date is the data?
As with other connections, your HubSpot data will automatically refresh every 24 hours. However, there is also an "Update now" button that you can press to manually update the data.
Take your HubSpot data to the next level
Enough about what data you'll see, though. I'm sure what you really want to know is how you can use it. This is where this new connection becomes truly powerful. Once you've connected your HubSpot account, a world of possibilities opens before you.
You can add HubSpot data to:
Dashboards: visualize sales and marketing information alongside accounting information
KPIs: analyze your sales and marketing data alongside other key metrics
Ledgers: build complex tables across both financial and non-financial information, including deals information
KPI Scorecards: add payroll data as criteria in KPI scorecards
Forecasting: plan for future scenarios with marketing and sales data
Budgeting: include sales metrics in budgets
Lastly, you can assemble all the reports, graphs, and analytics you like in a collaborative Live View report that updates in real-time. Or, if you prefer, you can include this data in an Excel, Word, or PDF report pack, which you can share with stakeholders, team members, investors or clients.
