Last month, members of our team attended Xerocon Sydney, where we were able to connect with our accounting partners from the Australian region and our co-founder, Duran, had the chance to speak to Xero CEO, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy!

About the Roadshows 🚙
The Xero Roadshows are a great place to highlight the latest trends and connect with others in the ecosystem. Plus, they serve as a great reminder of just how exciting accounting can be in this technological age – something that's sorely needed if media stereotypes of accountants are anything to go by.
The South African Roadshow, held in May this year, emphasized the resilience and tenacity of self-made accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses, highlighting just how critical small business accountants are in 2023. As Xero put it in their blog:
"What is clear from this years’ Roadshows, is that despite the challenges that impact our current worldview, as South Africans we have a unique mindset that helps us tackle obstacles and come out the other side stronger. If we continue working together to solve problems, we are well positioned to thrive as a country."
