While we talk a lot about financial data, the truth is that to properly understand what's going on in your business and what's really moving the needle, you need to be looking at all kinds of data. This means analyzing not only financial data from your accounting software, but also diving into the nitty-gritty details of non-financial data, such as customer satisfaction, production efficiency, employee satisfaction, foot traffic, speed of service, brand awareness, and NPS. This is where Syft's Connection tool enters the picture.

Sleek new design 🎨

Connections are nothing new, but we've revamped this feature to make it sleeker, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly all round. From a tidy new user interface to easy editing, this new update provides a real quality of life improvement.

Edit individual fields for full customization 💪

You can now edit individual fields within your Connections spreadsheet in no time. Simply click on the relevant field to edit the name or select the dropdown menus for units or aggregation type to change these elements.

Jump to the view you want to see 🚀

Want to hone in on a specific month or date within the Connections table? No problem. Simply use the new "Jump to" button to move to whichever month you would like to see within the monthly view, or to a specific date within the daily view.

Closing thoughts 💭

While the changes to the Connections feature are not drastic, they are aimed at improving your overall experience of using the feature by making it simpler to use, quickly view the exact dates you would like to see, and manipulate to serve your unique business needs. If you haven't taken a look at Connections in a while - or ever - this is your chance to do so.
