Introducing smart eliminations 🤓

Eliminating intercompany accounts just got a whole lot easier! Our latest update empowers you to effortlessly select accounts, choose from AI-suggested eliminations, and see everything clearly laid out in a brand-new Overview page. You can also create smart filters and seamlessly switch between a detailed table and a concise summary view. Get ready to transform your elimination process!

From elimination creation to your viewing options, we’ve reworked everything to create a more streamlined experience.

Starting with the basics: you can seamlessly select accounts and create account-level eliminations with the new “create elimination” button. Choose between creating an elimination between two entities or many.

Next up, our AI insights engine will suggest potential eliminations for you based on a match in account or entity name, and similar or matching values. You can then either use these smart prompts to create an elimination or dismiss them if they’re not relevant. You can always edit the elimination in the future.

The new Overview page enables you to see all your eliminations in a single view. This provides you with one cohesive account list, select P&L, Balance Sheet or full Trial Balance and filter everything.

Furthermore, you can create filters and apply conditional formatting to the columns to filter for specific accounts or values. There are also quick filters for matching values or account names that you can quickly click on to apply.

Have certain viewing preferences? No problem. You can simply switch between views – choosing either the table or summary view.

Last but certainly not least, we’ve revamped our side panel to provide a fitting home for consolidations in our new Financial Close section. You can find eliminations here, alongside adjustments, making financial close a much easier process.
