It's been a busy and exciting week for us at Syft Analytics following the announcement of our status as finalists for Xero Asia's App Partner of the Year award. We also recently hosted our Q2 Update Webinar, where we covered our latest and greatest features. And now, we've introduced some new functionality to improve your Trial Balance uploads.

If you missed the Q2 update, don't worry. You can watch it here.

Let's dive in!

How do Trial Balance imports work? πŸ”¦

A trial balance import on Syft consists of creating a trial balance import entity and uploading your trial balance to that entity. When uploading a trial balance, Syft will generate a template for you to populate with your data, making the uploading easier.

This is useful if you'd like to import entities from desktop software or Excel. Our latest updates aim to streamline the process and overcome any hiccups you may have encountered.

What's new 🧐

Account codes can be added to new or existing Trial Balance entities. You no longer need to add these manually.

Note πŸ“: Old templates are still compatible with the new system.

This update should accelerate the process of importing Trial Balances into Syft. For more information on Trial Balance imports, read our full guide here.
