You asked; we listened. Our connection to Xero Payroll is now live in beta! This means you can start testing out the feature. Connect Xero Payroll to Syft to analyze and visualize your payroll data to get started. You can also report on this data alongside data from Xero and any e-commerce software you use to get the full picture of your business.

Let's dive into what this will look like!

About Xero Payroll

Xero Payroll is payroll software that ensures you pay your staff on time, every time. You can set up payees once to make every run a walk in the park. Xero Payroll also helps you to calculate the correct amount of pay and ensure you are tax compliant.

Moreover, with Xero Payroll, you can easily view tasks to complete, such as leave approvals, declined tax filings, and pay runs due to be processed. It also provides a calendar view of employee birthdays, leave days, and holidays.

Get connected

With the new Xero Payroll connection, you can bridge the gap between payroll processing and analysis in just a few quick steps!

To get started πŸ’‘: Follow our dedicated guide.

Once you've made the connection, you can unlock a wealth of powerful features, including:

  • Dashboards: visualize payroll information alongside accounting information

  • KPIs: analyze your payroll data alongside other key metrics

  • Ledgers: build complex tables across both financial and non-financial information, including your payroll information

  • Financial Health: add payroll data as criteria in financial health scorecards

  • Forecasting: plan for future scenarios with payroll data

  • Budgeting: include payroll information in budgets

Note πŸ“: Syft requires you to have your Xero accounting entity on Syft before adding the Xero Payroll connection. The entity must have completed its setup on Syft.

Last but not least, you can assemble all the different reports, graphs, and analytics you like in a collaborative Live View report that updates in real-time. Alternatively, you can include this data in an Excel or PDF report pack, which you can share with stakeholders, team members, or clients at your digression.

Note πŸ“: Departmental data will not be pulled through, meaning a single β€œTotals” connection will be created.

Closing thoughts πŸ’

By connecting your Xero Payroll data to Syft Analytics, you can gain deeper insights into your payroll information and analyze in tandem with your accounting and e-commerce software to get the full picture of your business performance. Why not try it today?
