Syft's Financial Statements add-on underwent numerous changes and improvements while in beta. Thanks to the feedback we received in beta, we've transformed this into a powerful tool for compiling annual or quarterly Financial Statements that can easily be made GAAPβor IFRS-compliant. Following these enhancements, the add-on has become a paid product.
In this article, we'll discuss some of the most recent updates and how they will improve your product experience. Let's dive in.
What's new π§
Here are some of the most significant enhancements we've made:
Disclosures are now included inside a set of Financial Statements rather than in the sidebar to streamline the assembly of notes
There is a popup indicating the types of disclosures at the top of your screen
You can now save commentary templates for custom commentary and reuse these across all the entities in your organization
You can roll forward your financials with the "Roll" button to reuse them next year
You can change the reporting period to quarterly for more frequent Financial Statements
Note π: You will need to review your commentary when changing Financial Statements from annual to quarterly.
You can download Financial Statements to MS Word if you would like to change the font choice or make any further stylistic changes that aren't possible in Syft.
Pricing changes π‘
