To enhance the functionality of Syft’s transaction list downloads, we’ve introduced a feature that allows you to perform detailed pivot analyses on these spreadsheets using a wide array of information. This improvement includes the addition of several new columns to the transaction list downloads, ensuring you have all the data you need at your fingertips.
But the improvements don't end there. In the past week, we've also made changes to Annual Financial Statements, Data Review for consolidations, and more, all with the goal of improving your reporting and analysis on Syft.
What’s new? 🧐
Our transaction sheet downloads now offer additional columns, such as layout fields and entity-specific divisions (tracking categories, classes, or analysis codes) linked to transactions.
Additionally, when you download a sheet for a consolidation, you’ll find extra columns for the underlying entity associated with each transaction and the base account name without the consolidation details. This enhancement makes running detailed pivots on your transaction sheet downloads simpler and more efficient than ever.
But wait, there's more 😁
In addition to the updates implemented to transaction list downloads, we've also updated the following:
In Annual Finacial Statements: Disclosure notes can now have up to six columns before they change into landscape mode.
In Data Review: You can now view the effects of transaction eliminations for consolidations as well as account-level eliminations.
Fixes ❤️🩹
Our engineering team has also recently implemented the following fixes to enhance your experience across Syft:
Underlying forecasts in Build P&Ls pull through successfully.
Auto-VAT calculation rows in underlying forecasts pull through in Build Balance Sheets.
Adding account movements to a Ledger causes total lines on the Balance Sheet to disappear.
Closing thoughts 💭
We are dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation across Syft Analytics. By increasing the number of columns available in transaction list downloads and updating various features across Annual Financial Statements, Data Review, and more, we hope to improve your experience across every part of Syft. Thank you for your ongoing support.
