After making the trip to Australia for the Xero Roadshow and again for Xerocon Sydney, we are excited to be recognized as Xero Award finalists. Australia is far away from our home base in South Africa, but we always strive to offer the best possible service to our Australian users and to strengthen our partner relationships.

Syft Analytics is a finalist for the Xero Practice App of the Year in Australia. This award celebrates the app that has improved the lives and livelihood of Xero’s Australian accounting and bookkeeping partners by helping them to run their businesses better, smoother, and more efficiently.

It also acknowledges a software company that has a track record of delighting their users, something which is very important to us at Syft. We have a dedicated customer success team for Australia who provide live support to users during business hours.

This award also recognizes our commitment to continuous innovation, something else that is very important to us and is why we have a whole section of our blog dedicated to What's New. This has also prompted us to launch our own online learning platform, Syft Campus, to empower our users to make the most of the ever-expanding number of features we have to offer so that they can get the most out of their Syft experience.

Plus, we've recently become SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified, ensuring the gold standard in data security.

What's more, in making us finalists for the Practice App of the Year award, the judges recognize our dedication to grow within the Xero ecosystem.
