On Wednesday, 22 February, the Syft team gathered around the big screen in our canteen to watch the Xero Awards UK & Ireland Finalist Announcement live on LinkedIn. While Wednesdays are usually our work-from-home day, we were excited to watch the announcement together, and for good reason!
About the Xero Awards
The Xero Awards celebrate the work of Xero's accounting, bookkeeping, and app developer partners who help small businesses flourish and grow. We have been winners and finalists of the awards a number of times across different regions.
Last year, we were winners and finalists at the Xero Awards UK & EMEA, finalists for the Xero Awards in Australia, and winners for the Xero Awards in New Zealand.
According to Xero, "Our judges were blown away by the volume and calibre of applications for this year’s awards, and we want to thank all those who entered."
Being considered for the Xero Awards means a great deal to us as the awards celebrate members of the Xero app ecosystem who really make a difference to the lives of their clients and who are dedicated to continuous improvement and a great user experience.
These are all objectives that we strive to achieve between our dedication to innovation and our commitment to customer success.

We were thrilled to be announced as finalists for this award. Congratulations to the other finalists in this category, Ignition and Spotlight.
