We were thrilled to be the winner of the Customer Experience of the Year Award at the International Accounting Awards 2023.

On 29 June 2023, Syft Co-Founder and CTO, Matt Stephanou (CFA), attended the International Accounting Forum & Awards ceremony at the Leonardo Royal City, London. Syft was nominated for two awards: the Accountancy Software of the Year Award and the Customer Experience of the Year Award. The atmosphere was lively and filled with excitement and the rest of the team waited anxiously in Johannesburg for photographic updates from Matt.

After many hours of silence from Matt, we were thrilled to be see a video file coming through to our mobiles - announcing Syft as the winner of the Customer Experience of the Year Award!

The Customer Experience of the Year Award recognizes the most ground-breaking digital CX offerings from organizations that take pride in creating the best possible experiences for their customers. Judges also considered the following:

  • Customer/client sentiment on user experience of a product or a service

  • New ways of client capture and user engagement

  • How businesses have grown and improved customer experience through a particular channel

Winning this award reflects our commitment to giving Syft customers the best possible experience on our platform. From our dedicated, round-the-clock live-chat assist to Live Training programs for new joiners and Syft Campus courses to up-skill users' teams, we devote a lot of time and energy to ensuring that Syft users have the best possible experience. Plus, we pledge to make the experience of familiarizing customers with Syft as easy as we can.

As one accounting firm writes in their review of us on the QuickBooks app store, β€œthe support is excellent with Syft Campus, Live trainings, on demand support that is super fast in responding.” Syft Campus has just shy of 1500 students with over 20 different courses on offer and more being built every few months, while our live-chat support has an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5 and an average response time of approximately one minute.

Congratulations to the other finalists for this category - Circit, Dayshape, and Wolters Kluwer (Tax & Accounting) - and thank you to the Accounting Bulletin for recognizing Syft! We are very glad that Matt was able to attend on our behalf and bring the trophy all the way back to South Africa.
