We caught up with Aaron McLeish from Together We Count, based in Sheffield in the UK, to see how they are using Syft Analytics.

Together We Count was founded in 2011 and have been growing continuously thanks to their good reputation. Great mentors paired with insightful advice and leading edge practices are the driving factors for Together We Count. The practice predominantly supports Xero accounting software.

We asked Aaron a host of questions to see how their on-boarding with Syft progressed and why they chose Syft as the solution for their reporting requirements:

How many months/years have you been using Syft?

"2 years."

How long did it take you to get it set up and familiar with the feature set?

"After a few tries."

What was your reporting process before Syft?

"Excel spreadsheet with just ratios."

What problem or pain point were you trying to solve with Syft?

"Syft offers great value and key insight in my clients' business. So having a clear understanding of clients figures is great. The pain before Syft was trying to explain how a business has done via data. That data is now in picture form. Which paints a 1000 words!"

Which features do you like the most and why?

"The executive summary. Because it focuses on the main business areas."

Which feature do you believe your clients get the most value from?

"All are great."

How do you use Syft and what benefits have you seen for your clients and your practice?

"I use Syft monthly or quarterly. Benefits are that clients can better understand their business."

Did you look at other apps? Which ones and why did you choose Syft?

"I have looked at others and they are all too complicated."

Thanks so much for sharing your story with us!
