Oversight gives you a clear bird's-eye-view of your entities on Syft, and it keeps getting better. Most recently, we've added new column options to help you easily monitor key metrics, turn your reviewing processes into a clear work flow, build equations, and more! Let's take a look at what this entails.
What's new? π§
You can now add several new columns to your Oversight view. These are:
KPI Scorecard: This allows you to get a clear overview of how each entity is faring in terms of a specific scorecard you've created. This is great because you no longer have to add metrics individually, but can use a prebuilt health score.
Checkbox: This lets you tick items off as you complete tasks.
Pro tip π‘: We recommend using the checkbox option in conjunction with tags and people. This way, you can turn tasks into a streamlined workflow that's assigned to specific people in your team and tagged according to importance. And each team member can tick off their review once it's been completed.
Number: This empowers you to add numbers to your Oversight, which can be used in various ways. We like to use this as a priority filter alongside the checkbox workflow.
Equations: You can build an equation according to exactly what information you'd like to see, incorporating data from across Syft.
Where can you add these? π
There are two parts of Oversight you'll need to familiarize yourself with to access these new options. Luckily, they're both very easy to find!
Add column: To add KPI Scorecards to Oversight, navigate to the "Add column" button at the top left of your screen and select "KPI Scorecards." From there, you can choose between KPI scorecards and health scores according to those you have created for each entity.
+: To add the other new items, navigate to the "+" button at the top right of your screen and choose the relevant item from the "Input information" section of the menu.
Two buttons at the top of your screen - it's as simple as that.
